What do you attribute your success to?
She attributes her success to her passion, determination, and persistence to realize her ideal of making a difference in the lives of disabled people, their carers and their families.
How did you get involved in your profession?
During her University degree in Physiotherapy, Tracy became aware of a need to teach people how to prevent and overcome injuries through education and training. After treating injured patients for 7 years, she founded Safe Work Practice to prevent injuries from occurring in the workplace and at home.
Where will you be in five years?
In five years, Ms. Secombe hopes to see the continual improvement of injury prevention systems in the workplace, and a growing awareness among business of the benefits of being “fit for work” through healthy lifestyle choices and balanced posture and movement.
